Alien flowers

Saw these while away for the weekend, I have no idea what they are but they're really interesting! Tiny little, odd looking things, with such amazing, vibrant colours and veins all over em. They looked like aliens to me. Anyone know what they are?

Oh oh I know what that is but cant for the life of me remember! Kind of like a smaller version of a hibiscus...someone on the radio the other day said "all flowers are sexual" ...eeeew! Theyre right!

CJ - yeah it was real similar to a hibiscus but heaps smaller. My mum told me that ages ago - the the flower is the sexual organ of the plant. Yucko huh?!

I'm pretty sure the first one is a rare short-leafed scrotal blossom.

Whatever they are, those are some good frickin' pictures. Your site is actually chock full of good frickin' pics. I'm impressed. Nicely done!
